Terms of Service
1. Scope of Work
The scope of work for any project is defined in the initial project proposal or scoping call. Any features or requirements outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or a new timeline.
2. Fixed-Price Packages
Packages (Landing Page, MVP App, Full SaaS) are offered at the flat rates described on the website. These packages assume standard feature sets; complexity beyond standard implementations will be quoted separately.
3. Payment & Refunds
Due to the rapid nature of my development process (7-14 days), no refunds are provided once development has officially commenced. Payments are used to secure development time and resources.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment for a project, all intellectual property rights for the custom code and assets created specifically for your project are transferred to you (the Client). Frameworks, boilerplate code, or third-party libraries remain under their respective licenses.
5. Delivery Timeline
While I strive to meet the 7 or 14-day delivery targets, these timelines are dependent on the Client providing necessary assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in Client response may extend the delivery date.
